Guided Tour
A guided tour of our facility, specializing in ancient displays, video introduction, and browsing Gift Shop. A tour may include a Traditional Mi’kmaq Drumming and Chanting presentation and/or the traditional Mi’kmaq Dice game.

Beading Workshop (earrings)
Make and take away a locally handcrafted earring bead work and listen to stories and teachings of our past. Entrance to the Heritage Park specializing in displays, Tea and Coffee complimentary.

Mi’kmaq Dream Catcher Workshop
Make and take away a locally handcrafted dream catcher and listen to the story of its origin. Entrance to the Heritage Park specializing in displays, video introduction, traditional guide sharing cultural teachings, Tea and Coffee complimentary.

Taking Care of Our Spirit Workshop
Building emotional wellness is a commitment to listening and becoming fully aware of what is going on inside your relation with your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. This can be in person or on-line.

Moose Hide Hand Drum Making Workshop
Entrance to the Heritage Park specializing in Mi’kmaq displays, video introduction, Cultural teachings and browse the Gift Shop. Coffee and tea included. Make and take away a locally handcrafted Hand drum and listen to the story of its origin and teachings. (12-to-24-hour notice and groups of 5 min - 15 max required)

Legends & Storytelling
A guided tour of our facility, specializing in ancient displays, video introduction, and browsing Gift Shop. A tour guide and/or Elder will share legends and stories of the Mi’kmaq, this may include a Traditional Mi’kmaq Drumming and Chanting.

Hand Drum & Chanting Workshop
A guided tour of our facility, specializing in ancient displays, video introduction, and browsing the Gift Shop. A tour guide and/or Elder will share teachings and stories of the Hand drum and the meaning of Chants and songs.

Medicine Wheel Teaching Workshop
This workshop/powerpoint teaches the importance of the Medicine wheel. How we are all connected, the importance & Spiritual meanings of colors, teachings from various animals & insight to Mi’kmaq ceremonies & Spirituality This can be in person or on-line.

7 Sacred Teachings & Perceptions Workshop
This workshop/powerpoint teaches the traditional concepts of respect and sharing that form the foundation of the Indigenous way of life. This can be in person or on-line.

How to be an Ally & Reconciliation Workshop
This workshop/powerpoint teaches the importance of allyship. The importance of Reconciliation, Perspectives and dangers of many types of allyship that may be doing more damage than good. This can be in person or on-line.

Ash Wooden Flowers Workshop
